HERBST APPLIANCE
Herbst dental appliance

The Herbst is the best non-compliance appliance for class II correction. We offer all designs.  Please send good models (both arches) and a bite with mandible advanced to your desired position. We can provide crowns or bands. Delivered in Florida door to door in one week.

FLEA dental appliance

FLEA - Fixed (banded) Lower Expansion Appliance This is the strongest most stable lower expansion appliance available.  We reduce a hyrax screw (for comfort) and solder the screw with extensions distal to E's or 6's and arms anterior to cuspids or C's.

FIXED SAGGITAL APPLIANCE
Fixed Saggital dental appliance

The Fixed Saggital appliance can be used on either arch to gain anterior or posterior length.  The appliance is a combination of a heavy body wire for strength with a light spring wire for gentle and controllable tooth movement.

SPLINT & NIGHT GUARDS
Splint & Night Guards

We fabricate all designs of splints, from simple night guards that protect new crown and bridge work to anterior repositioning splints that take pressure off the TMJ joint. We offer hard , soft and dual laminate materials.  We have 21 years experience with splints and it shows with our high quality work and fast turn around.

AUTO HAWLEY APPLIANCE
Auto Hawley dental appliance

This is a great appliance to close anterior spaces without using hooks and elastics. It is fabricated using tubes and a special sliding spring wire that will close spaces without riding up on the gingival.  It creates a gentle continuous force for great results. This option can be added to Hawleys, Wrap-arounds and Fixed Habit appliances.

SPRING ALIGNERS
Spring Aligner dental appliances

This appliance can be used on both arches.  It is great for minor rotation and correction of anterior alignment.  The anterior teeth are sectioned from the model and reset to ideal position.  The appliances are then fabricated and need little or no adjustments.  Several designs are available and all offer fast results.

Payment Policy

Each case is invoiced individually and at the end of the billing period a statement is sent.  Payment is expected by the 10th of every month. 

Visa and MasterCard are accepted when the full balance is paid by the 10th. 

Late fees are added on all past due balances.

We offer discounts for large volume accounts.
We also offer a special payment program for Practitioners opening their first office.
